Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 January 2026

Here’s the deal: we run a directory for adult service providers. We store and display provider listing info. We don’t build creepy profiles on visitors.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use this website (the “Site”) and related services (together, the “Services”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Adults only (18+)

This Site is intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is depicted or listed, contact us immediately so we can investigate and take action.

2) What we collect

2.1 Provider / advertiser listing information (the main thing we store)

We store information submitted by service providers (or their authorised representatives) so we can publish listings on the Site. This may include:

  • display name / stage name and profile text
  • photos, media, and other content you upload
  • contact details you choose to publish (phone, messaging handles, email)
  • general location / area, availability info, and listing attributes
  • pricing or rates you choose to display (if any)
  • support communications relating to your listing

2.2 Visitor information (minimal, mostly technical)

We do not require “client” accounts to browse listings. However, like most websites, we process limited technical data to function and stay secure, such as:

  • server logs (IP address, device/browser info, timestamps, pages requested)
  • cookie or local storage identifiers for essentials like preferences
  • basic analytics events (e.g., page views) if enabled

2.3 What we don’t do

  • We do not intentionally create personal “profiles” of visitors (who you are / what you’re into).
  • We do not sell visitor personal information as a business model.

3) How we use information

We use information to:

  • publish and maintain provider listings
  • operate, secure, and improve the Site (fraud prevention, abuse detection)
  • respond to support requests and enforce our rules
  • comply with legal obligations and lawful requests

4) POPIA (South Africa) basics

Where South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) applies, we process personal information in line with lawful processing principles. In practice:

  • Provider listing content is typically processed based on consent (you submit it so we can publish it) and/or our legitimate interests in operating a directory.
  • Technical data (logs/cookies) is processed for security and essential operation.

5) Sharing information

We share information only when needed to run the Services:

  • Service providers: hosting, storage/CDN, email delivery, and other infrastructure.
  • Legal/compliance: where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business changes: if the platform is sold/merged, information may transfer as part of the transaction.

6) Retention

Provider listings are retained while active and for a reasonable period afterward for audit, dispute handling, and safety. Technical logs are retained for a limited time unless needed for security investigations or legal compliance.

7) Your rights

Depending on your relationship with us and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and object to certain processing. If you are a provider listed on the Site and want changes or removal, contact us — we may ask for proof you control the listing to prevent impersonation.
