Content & Safety Policy

luvr.co.za is an advertising directory only.

We do not arrange meetings, provide messaging, or process payments between Users and Providers.

All offline interactions occur outside the Platform at the parties’ own risk.

Any content involving minors (or appearing to involve minors) is strictly prohibited.

Any suspected exploitation of minors will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.

Providers must complete age verification before listings go live.

The Site is not a pornography platform.

Prohibited content includes:

• Explicit sexual acts

• Visible genitalia

• Pornographic nudity or explicit close-ups

We may remove borderline content at our discretion.

Providers must upload only images they own or have legal rights to use.

Stolen, scraped, or copyrighted images from other sites are prohibited.

We may remove infringing content upon notice or at our discretion.

Apart from the occasional photograph taken by us and marked as ours, every photograph on a listing is uploaded by the Provider it belongs to.

luvr.co.za does not source or supply the photographs a Provider uploads, and does not claim ownership of them.

By uploading a photograph, the Provider warrants that it is their own or that they have the right to use it.

We review photographs before they are published and reject any we can see have been taken from another site — for example, images carrying another site’s watermark, branding, or overlay.

That review is a visual check by a person, not an investigation. We have no way to establish who took a photograph or where it first appeared, and a watermark can be cropped or edited out before upload.

We therefore cannot and do not guarantee that a photograph is the Provider’s own, and luvr.co.za accepts no liability for a Provider uploading a photograph belonging to another site or person. Responsibility rests solely with the Provider who uploaded it.

If a photograph of yours appears on the Site without your permission, email info@luvr.co.za with the link to the listing and proof of ownership. We will remove it promptly and may suspend the account responsible.

Any coercion, exploitation, trafficking, or third-party control is prohibited.

We may suspend listings, require re-verification, preserve logs, and report illegal activity where appropriate.

Harassment, stalking, threats, blackmail, extortion, fraud, or unlawful conduct is prohibited.

We may manually review listings and images for compliance.

We may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our sole discretion.
